The Promotion
The Kaged CreaClear Giveaway (“Promotion”) is offered by [KAGED, LLC], located at [3080 Bristol St., Costa Mesa, CA 92626] (“Kaged” or “Sponsor”).
The Promotion begins August 10, 2026 at 1:30 PM Pacific Time and closes August 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to Kaged's decisions concerning the administration of the Promotion.
Who Can Enter
You may enter if you are a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time you enter.
Employees, officers and directors of Kaged, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.
The Promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Kaged may request information reasonably necessary to confirm a potential winner's eligibility.
How to Participate
During the Promotion period:
- Follow Kaged's official Instagram and TikTok accounts;
- Like the official CreaClear Giveaway post; and
- Tag two (2) friends as directed in the post to receive one (1) entry.
Entrants may receive two (2) additional entries by sharing the Giveaway post to their Instagram Story during the Promotion period.
Kaged must be able to verify Story shares. If an account is private, Kaged may request a screenshot or other proof showing that the Story was posted during the Promotion period.
Entries generated by bots, scripts, automated systems, fake accounts, or other fraudulent or deceptive methods are prohibited. Kaged may reject entries that are incomplete, unverifiable, manipulated, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.
No purchase or payment is required to participate.
What You Can Win
Kaged will award three (3) prizes.
Each winner will receive:
Four (4) Kaged CreaClear 100-serving units
Each prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $159.96, based on a current retail price of $39.99 per unit.
Total ARV of all prizes: $479.88.
Four 100-serving units represent approximately a one-year supply when taken at one serving per day.
Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Kaged may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Any taxes or expenses associated with accepting or using a prize that are not expressly included above are the winner's responsibility.
Choosing the Winners
Three (3) potential winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received before the Promotion closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners are expected to be announced Thursday, August 13, 2026 and may also be contacted directly through Kaged's official social media account.
A potential winner may be required to provide their name, shipping information, proof of age or residency, or other information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and fulfill the prize.
If a potential winner does not respond within the timeframe provided by Kaged, cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, Kaged may disqualify that individual and randomly select an alternate winner.
Fair Play and Administration
Kaged may disqualify anyone who attempts to interfere with the Promotion, manipulate the entry or winner-selection process, submit fraudulent entries, impersonate another person, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
If circumstances outside Kaged's reasonable control—including technical problems, platform outages, fraud, unauthorized interference, or other events—prevent the Promotion from operating as intended, Kaged may suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Kaged is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, incorrectly submitted, or not received because of technical problems, internet or network failures, account settings, or failures of a third-party social media platform.
Acceptance of a Prize
By accepting a prize, and except where prohibited by law, a winner grants Kaged permission to identify the winner by name and/or social media handle and to use the winner's submitted content, photograph or likeness in connection with announcing and promoting the results of this Promotion without additional compensation.
By participating, entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release Kaged and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Social Media Platforms
This Promotion is sponsored and administered solely by Kaged.
Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc. and ByteDance Ltd. do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or have any association with this Promotion.
By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram and TikTok are not responsible for the Promotion and release the applicable social media platforms from liability relating to their participation, to the extent permitted by law.
Questions regarding the Promotion should be directed to Kaged, not Instagram or TikTok.
Privacy
Information obtained from entrants or potential winners will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with winners and deliver prizes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Kaged's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Applicable Law
These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Kaged's decisions regarding eligibility, entries, winner selection, and administration of the Promotion are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
